Contingency Search
A very
similar process is used as with Priority Searches.
Acceptable qualifications are broader and appropriate
candidates more accessible. Although openings are not as
critical or urgent in nature, clients can expect the same
high quality results. Contingency search fees are a
percentage of the candidate's first year's estimated annual
compensation (including salary, bonus, and incentives). The
fee is billed upon the start date of the candidate and is
due and payable within 15 days.
Preferred Customer
Pricing
We
provide "Preferred Customer Discounts" to clients who have
regular, volume hiring needs based on certain types and
levels of positions. Once the annual, projected number of
openings and fees is calculated according to our standard
contingency fee formula, a negotiated discount is applied.
The projected amount is billed and payable on the first
(1st) of the following month. With this retainer, a client
has the right to hire a specific number of people during the
year. Should the client hire more than the anticipated
number, there would be additional charges calculated
according to the negotiated discount. This option is
available to companies needing a minimum of three (3)
positions filled.
Priority/Retained
Search
This
method is recommended when the client's commitment and sense
of urgency to filling a position is very high or when the
search requirements are very narrow. Priority Search clients
want us to dedicate our primary efforts and assign every
resource available to filling their position. Our commitment
to completing these searches and the priority with which we
approach the work must be highest for these clients.
Fees
for this service are calculated at a percentage of the
candidate's first year's estimated annual compensation
(including salary, bonus, and incentives). To engage a
Priority Search, 1/3 of the estimated fee is due upon
commencement of the search. The balance is due and payable
upon acceptance of employment by the candidate.
HR Project Outsourcing
We
create special pricing by the project or by the hour for
clients who want to purchase recruiting services or
functions typically performed by the HR Department on an
outsourcing basis. These arrangements could be based on
short or long term commitments.
